About The Center for Professional Excellence (CPE)

Chip Dodd, PhD, started CPE in 1996 to help impaired professionals recover their lives, their passions, and their integrity from the grip of addiction, anxiety, depression, and other compulsive behaviors.

The servant leaders of society—doctors, pastors, musicians, etc.—who serve out of their giftedness often find themselves detached from their hearts and trapped in destructive behaviors. CPE’s compassionate and gifted staff know what it takes to walk these individuals back into wholeness and freedom—allowing them to be who they were made to be so they can do what they were made to do.
